Luis Filipe, Vice President, Director of Captive Operations

Luis is responsible for the management of all Captive's and is the Chief Financial Officer for the group. Luis began his career in the Captive Management industry in 1999 in the Cayman Islands moving to Arizona in 2006 to join USA Risk Group. Prior to that, he was with Liberty Mutual, and a Controller at Canadian Surety. Luis received a BBA from York University and obtained CPA, CMA designation in 1996.
